Karakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG assisted by Ms. Niana, learned counsel for the respondent. [2] The petitioner has filed MC(Cril.Petn.) No. 69 of 2024 under Section 482 CrPC for amendment of Cril.Petn. No. 8 of 2020 by inserting sub-para No. vi after para No. 4(v) of the Criminal Petition. [3] It is stated that by inserting the same, the nature of the petition will not be changed. [4] Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondent, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. [5] This Court has perused the materials on record. [6] By the present application, the petitioner wants to insert para No. 4(vi) with respect to Section 52A(2) of NDPS Act and by doing so, the nature of the Criminal Petition will not be changed. [7] The application is allowed and disposed of. [8] The petitioner is permitted to make necessary incorporation of para No. 4(vi) in the petition. Petitioner is also directed to file recast petition.
