Land Revenue Act, 1901 (Kialash Nath and others Vs. Kusuma Devi), expeditiously. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to move an application for expediting after the petitioner has become a party in the proceedings before the trial court. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
