Rajawat, learned counsel or the respondent nos. 2 & 3, and Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the State. Instant petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "I. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties conclude the process for granting the promotional pay scale to the petitioners along with other eligible teachers for which process is under way by issuing the order dated 3-04-2025 annexed as annexure no.1 to the writ petition. II. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to provide the benefit of promotional pay scale to the petitioners from due date mentioned in the list prepared by opposite party no.2 himself annexed as annexure no.1 to the writ petition and accordingly revise the pay scale and pension of the petitioners and provide arrears accordingly along with interest." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent no.2/District Basic Education Officer, Sultanpur is directed to decide the representation dated 20.11.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
