No. - 1379 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. 1.The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No.204/2020 under sections 2/3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities(Prevention) Act, P.S. Kudwar, district Sultanpur. 2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one case is shown in the gang chart, in which he has been enlarged on bail. It is next submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated. He has explained criminal history of four cases in para 11 of the bail application. 4. Learned Addl. Government Advocate has opposed the prayer made by applicant's counsel. He submits that apart from the case shown in the gang chart, the applicant has a criminal history of four other cases. Proceedings under section 82 CrPC/84 BNS have been initiated against the applicant. The applicant has not filed the bail order of base case shown in the gang chart. 5.On due consideration to the fact that the applicant has a chequered history of similar two more offences against him, coupled with the fact that proceedings under section 82 CrPC have been initiated against him, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
