In that solitary case, the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The bail order is on record. Apart from the said case, the applicant has a criminal history of five more cases, in which also, he has been enlarged on bail. 3.Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer and submits that the applicant has a criminal history. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the nature of allegations, the applicant has a criminal history of five more cases, in which three cases relate to Cow Slaughter Act, thus in view of the fact that the applicant has a chequered criminal history of similar offence, no case for anticipatory bail is made out. 5.The application filed in case crime No.545 of 2025 under sections Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ashok Kumar, Chandra Prakash Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
