2. The case of{he prosecution in a nutshell is that the petitI-OnerS being the I husband and mother-I'n-law of the .deceased respectively harassed her mentally and physically by suspecting her fidelity and also the deceased could not conceive. When the deceased was in the house of her parents the p-etitioner used to make phone calls to the deceased and harassed her by persuading her to commit suicide so that they would feel happy and the petitioner would marry again. Unable to bear the torture meted out by the petitioners the deceased took an extreme step of ending her life by consuming mixed Ratoc rat paste with a pulpy orange drink and died. 3. Sri Prabhunath Vasireddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, I submits that the petitioners have not coinmitted any offence, let alone harassing or instigating the deceased to commit suicide; they are falsely implicated by the father of the deceased to extract money from the pe{I'tiOnerS; the petitioners would abide by any conditions to be imposed by this Court; and urged to allow the petition while reiterating that the petitioner No.2 is aged about 77 years suffering from so many age-related ailments. 4. Per confra, Mr.Neelotphal GunJ'i, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits that the deceased was subjected to cruelty and harassment by the petitioners, as they suspected her fidelity. Unable bare the torture, she I committed suicide. The investigation is still pending, and some more witnesses have to be examined, and he urged to dismiss the pre-arrest bail petition. t`-]¢--se EE-:-

5. Heard learned COunSel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant public Prosecutor. 6. Perused the record. 7. The petitioner No,1 and the deceased fell in love and they got married On 16.10.2024. Not within a span Of two years, bickerings arose in between aI #` . \Q``` \_ *` the petitioner No.1 and the deceased, the deceased COuld not conceive.
It is alleged in the report of the father of the deceased that the petit'loners used to call the deceased while She Was in her ParentS' house and harassed her tO die as she had not conceived. They also suspeCted`the fidelity of the deceased. ----_-
8. Bethatas itmay, the Petitioner No.2 is aged about77 years and is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The presence Of Pet'ltiOner No.1 is required for the further course of the investigation. Therefore, the request for grant-lng Of pre-arrest bail to petitioner No.1 is not feasible at this juncture. Tak'lng |lnto
consideration the nature of the allegat'lons leveled against the Petitioners, and the role allegedly played by the pet'ItiOnerS, this Court is not inclined tO grant pre-arrest bail to petitioner No.1 the husband Of the deceased, but the Prayer of petit|loner No.2 'ls perceived COnV'InCing and reasonable |ln View Of the age Of I the petitioner No.2.'Hence, the case aga'In_S_I._the Petit'lOner No.1 is dism-fssed. The pre-arrest bail Can be granted tO Petit-lOner No.2 as she is an extreme Old aged woman suffering from so many ailments.
