By means of the present petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on land bearing Gata No.300/0.08130 hectares, situated at Village- Pure Banshi, Tehsil- Lalganj, District- Pratapgarh. 3. On the basis of written instruction, learned counsel for the Gao Sabha has informed that an application for setting aside the order dated 30.10.2023 is pending. 4. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed off with the direction to the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Lalganj, District- Pratapgarh to decide the application for setting aside the order dated 30.10.2023/application under Section 67 of UP Revenue Code, expeditiously in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the affected persons.
