1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ application is with regard to non-payment of the consideration money for supplying of Bee Colonies to General Manager, Regional Industries Centre, Sundergarh (Opposite Party No.1).
3. Mr. Manoj Satyawan Mahajan, the Collector and District Magistrate, Sundergarh who appears in person on the basis of affidavit filed in W.P.(C) No.6426 of 2025 submits that an amount of Rs.54,81,957/- (Rupees Fifty Four Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven only) against supply Bee Colonies shall be made to the Petitioner within a period of seven working days hence.
4. Mr.Nayak, the Petitioner, who appears in person submits that if the aforesaid amount is paid within seven days then he would have no grievance to accept the same and the writ petition may be disposed of accordingly.
5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that an amount of Rs.54,81,957/- (Rupees Fifty Four Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven only) against supply of Bee Colonies shall be made to the Petitioner within a period of seven working days, failing which it shall carry a simple interest of 3% per month till the date of payment which may be recovered from the Erring Official. The Petitioner shall co-operate with the Collector and District Magistrate, Sundergarh for receipt of the aforesaid amount which shall be transmitted to the account of the Petitioner through RTGS, details of which is available in the Office of the Collector and District Magistrate, Sundergarh.
