respondents. OMP(M) No.172 of 2024 Pursuant to issuance of notice on 07.11.2024, Mr. Yuyutsu Singh Thakur, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents. Upon listing of this application, learned counsel for the respondents informed this Court that he does not intend to file a reply to instant application, in view of the fact that delay has already been condoned in identical cases originating from the common Award. 2. Perusal of the application indicates that delay of 154 days in filing accompanying appeal appear to be bona fide, unintentional and genuine. 3. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and delay in filing the instant accompanying appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. OMP No.815 of 2025 Applicant, NHAI, has filed the instant application under Order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 CPC, for deletion of the name of respondent No.1 [Bijender Singh] from the array of parties, in view of the fact that legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1 are already on record. Application is supported by an affidavit also. 2. Since the legal sole heir is already represented by Mr. Yuyutsu Singh Thakur, Advocate, no other legal heir exists, therefore, the instant application is allowed and the name of respondent No.1 [Bijender Singh] is ordered to be deleted from the array of respondents. 3. Amended memo of parties be placed at the appropriate place in the paper-book. Application is disposed of accordingly. OMP No.821 of 2025
