By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to Conclude the Election Process initiated vide Notification dated 24.02.2024 annexure as Annexure no. 2 to the writ Petition within the stipulated time Frame of 30 days. (ii) Issue Writ, order or Direction in the Nature of Certiorari Quashing the Order dated 4.1.2025 annexed as Annexure no. 9 for the Selection Process for the Post of Lecturer Sociology at Janta Inter College Paali Khatli District Pauri Garhwal. 5. According to petitioner, process of election for electing Committee of Management of Government Aided Intermediate College was initiated vide notification dated 24.02.2024. However, the election process was stalled due to intervening Parliamentary Elections. 6. Since the Parliamentary Elections are over, therefore, the first relief claimed by the petitioner do not survive. The second prayer for the petitioner is 2025:UHC:8042 against the communication issued by Chief Education Officer on 04.01.2025. By the said communication, Authorised Controller / Principal, Janta Inter College, Palli Khatli, District Pauri Garhwal was informed that the interview has been rescheduled due to ongoing Parliamentary Elections to 28.01.2025. 7. Since by the impugned communication dated 04.01.2025, simply the date of interview was rescheduled, therefore, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the said communication. 8. For the aforesaid reason, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
