Learned counsel for the petitioner endorsed the same on the petition. 2. Permission is accorded. 3. Ms. Baliboyina Sravani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests for the respondents is in attendance. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
