The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent in No.DRB- 4/SOR/Complaint/41/2019-20 dated 09.03.2020 vide Annexure-A. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2441 WP No. 7806 of 2020 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing the third respondent to implement the order dated 09.03.2020 passed by the second respondent. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has passed an order on 09.03.2020 and the same has not been implemented as of today by the third respondent. Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing the third respondent to implement the order dated 09.03.2020 passed by the second respondent vide Annexure-A in accordance with the law, if not implemented as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
