Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.21, Sultanpur (in short "trial Court") to decide Criminal Complaint Case No.2206 of 2020, Pooja Vs. Rahul and others, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, which is pending since 2020, within a time frame. 3. It has been submitted that the case is pending since 2020 and the statements under Sections 200 and 202 CrPC have been recorded, still the summons have not been issued. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial Court is directed to expedite the aforesaid case in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5. Application stands disposed of.
