The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 159 of 2025 arising out of Bishrampur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1616 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Smt. Rashim Chandel, learned J.M.F.C., Palamau. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Nirawati who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. It appears that she locked herself in the room before hanging. 4. From perusal of the F.I.R, it appears that there was some quarrel between the husband and the wife. Thereafter, the deceased had committed suicide. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashim Chandel, learned J.M.F.C., Palamau in connection with S.T. Case No. 159 of 2025 arising out of Bishrampur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1616 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
