GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner married one P. Praveen Kumar on 13.05.2025, and a Christian Marriage Certificate was issued on the same day. It is submitted that the 4th respondent is the father of the petitioner, and respondent Nos.5 to 7 are her relatives. It is also submitted that, though the petitioner and her husband are happily married, respondent Nos.4 to 7 are attempting to cause harm to the petitioner and her husband, as the marriage was performed without their consent and blessings. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the District Collector on 09.06.2025. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the said representation was sent by Registered Post, and if the petitioner is apprehending any threat or danger to her life, she and her husband may directly approach the 3rd respondent and submit a proper representation. 4. Recording the same, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to respondent Nos.2 and 3, and upon such submission, the same shall be considered by respondent Nos.2 and 3 in accordance with law. 5.
