(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.03 dated 07.01.2025, under Sections 121(1), 132, 221, 351(2), 304, 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Vide order dated 31.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI, Jaswinder Singh, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, interim order dated 31.01.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. Petition stands allowed.
