Reference may also be made to the decision of this Court dated 18.10.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 144 of 2024 (Jintendra Pratap Singh alias Jeetu vs. State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Civil Secrt. Lko.). 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the present matter. 5. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
