Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “(i) That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the impugned retirement/relieving order dated 30.12.2023 (Annexure P-5) for all intents and purposes and respondents Department may kindly be directed to allow the present petitioner to serve as Peon-CUM-Chowkidar till the date: 30th December, 2026 by extending the benefit of the judgment contained in Annexure P-6. (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the respondents-department to pay the compensation equal to a total emoluments which the petitioner would have received had the petitioner been allowed to attained the age of 60 2 years in the service along with all consequential benefits in terms of the judgment dated: 28-05- 2024 passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 2274 of 2021 along with connected matters titled as such are the versus state of Himachal Pradesh and others in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall be bound by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that shall be passed in Satya Devi’s case. 3.
