Zala and Ms. Jirga Jhaveri, learned APP for the respondent State. 2. Vide order dated 07.03.2025, the corpus, who is minor sent to Nari Vikas Kendra at Godhra. 3. The corpus has been brought before this court from the Nari Vikas Kendra, Godhra. On inquiry, she has stated that, now she intends to reside with her family i.e. parents. R/SCR.A/2710/2025 ORDER DATED: 01/08/2025 4. In such circumstances, office bearers of Nari Vikas Kendra, Godhra is directed to hand over the custody of the corpus to the petitioner herein.
