Responding learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Sandeep Kumar Sharma, Sub Inspector, Police Station Sushant Golf City, Lucknow dated 10.12.2025 states that the petitioner is trying to encroach a 12 feet road by indicating the said road to be a part of his plot and accordingly, action has been taken under Section 126/135 B.N.S.S. on 30.09.2025.
