Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. P.Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed by accused- petitioner, namely, Alim Uddin, who is stated to have been arrested on 02.08.2025 praying for grant of bail in connection with Barama P.S. Case No.61/2025 under Sections 310(2) BNS added Section Page No.# 2/2 61(2)/140(2)/317(3)/310(5)/310(6)/111(2)(b)/113(3)/111(4) of BNS. 3. The allegation in the FIR dated 16.07.2025 is dacoity of a truck bearing registration No. RJ09QE6232 carrying pan masala of Rs.80 lakhs 4. The present accused was arrested on 02.08.2025, and since then he is in judicial custody. 5. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been submitted vide C.S No. 65/2025 dated 10.10.2025. 6. Accordingly, the accused-petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail in connection with Barama P.S. Case No.61/2025 under Section 61(2)/140(2)/317(3)/310(5)/310(6)/111(2)(b)/113(3)/111(4) of BNS, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.40,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned court. 7. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) That the accused person shall co-operate with the remaining investigation; (b) That the accused person shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and 8. Violation or breach of any condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail. 9. With the above observations, this bail petition stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 10.
