Petitioner and respondent present.
Learned counsel for both the parties are present. A joint memo is filed and the same reads thus:
The petitioner and the respondent together pray and submits before the Hon’ble Court that
1. That the both parties above are settled the matter out of the court and the respondent agreed to receive the total amount for an amount Rs.3,00,000/-
2. Both the petitioner and the respondent together settled the matter amicable to both the parties due to financial hitches.
3. It is brought to the kind notice of the Hon’ble Court that the pending dispute is settled for a

sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (three lakhs only), was already paid by way of cash. Wherefore, both the petitioner and the respondent prays before the Hon’ble Court that, in view of the above stated amicable settlement made between the complainant and the accused the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow the memo and matter may disposed accordance of law in the interest of justice.
Respondent submits that he has received Rs.3,00,000/- and submitted that he has settled the matter with the petitioner.
In view of settlement of the matter, the offence under Section 138 of N.I.Act is compounded. In view of compounding of offence, the revision petition is disposed of.
