For Petitioner(s): Mr.R.C.Manaoharan For Respondent: Mr.Abishek Murthy Government Advocate ORDER This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to fix and update the Guide Line Value for the Survey Numbers 238/3A2, 238/7B, 238/8, 238/9A1 and 238/11A lying in Patta No. 6432 of Anuppampattu Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025. 2.Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 43169 of 2025 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property situated in 238/3A2, 238/7B, 238/8, 238/9A1 and 238/11A and the patta also stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.6432. When the petitioner presented a settlement deeds in respect of the subject property in favour of her son and daughter she came to know that no guideline value has been fixed for the subject property and therefore, she could not register the said settlement deed. Therefore, the petitioner made an representation dated 10.02.2025 before the respondent for fixation of guideline value. However, till date the guideline value has not been fixed.
