We find that first information report dated 02.09.2024 in Case Crime No. 570 of 2024 is in respect of Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 354 IPC which was challenged before this Court by filing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 844 of 2025 (Vinod and 3 others vs. State of U.P. and others), wherein interim protection was granted vide order dated 20.01.2025 and the said petition is still pending. As such, the present petition in respect of added Section i.e. 376 IPC would not be maintainable. 3. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law.
