This Court on 02.12.2025 had passed the following order, which reads as under:- "None appears for either of the parties. The record indicates that a coordinate Bench of this Court on 07.11.2024 had passed an order which reads as under:- "In view of the serious allegation levelled, District Judge, Lucknow is directed to forward the record including the order-sheet of Suit No.2150 of 2023 (Rajan Singh v. Surendra Pratap Singh & Ors.) before this Court on the next date of listing. It is made clear that a photocopy may be sent. The original may not be sent to this Court. List this case on 13.11.2024 in top ten cases. Senior Registrar of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to District Judge, Lucknow for information and compliance." It is in view of the aforesaid order that the matter is listed Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Pramod Singh, Narendra Upadhyay Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Arvind Kumar Kushwaha, Sandeep Kumar Surendra Pratap Singh And Another .....Revisionist(s) Rajan Singh And Another .....Opposite Party(s) amongst the top ten cases, however, none has put in appearance. List this matter again on 10th December, 2025. In case if the learned counsel for the parties do not appear on the next date, appropriate orders will be passed." 3. Despite the aforesaid order, today again none appeared for either of the parties. No out of station/illness/engagement slip has been sent. 4. Accordingly, the revision for the aforesaid reason is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consigned to record. 5. Interim order, if any granted earlier, stands discharged.
