Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State-respondents. 2. Instant criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioners contending that both the petitioners are major and the petitioner no. 1 is residing with the petitioner no. 2 in his house without any pressure with her own will yet the respondents no. 3 & 4 are harassing the petitioner at the instance of the respondent no. 4 who is the father of the petitioner no. 1. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Shiv Bhushan Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Ramkot District- Sitapur dated 10.12.2025 states that the petitioners are not being harassed in any manner. Further, there is no First Information Report which has been lodged against the petitioners. 4. The aforesaid statement of learned AGA is recorded and the writ petition is consigned to record.
