Nawaz, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. S. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by the order Page No.# 2/2 dated 04.11.2024, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the Investigating Officer. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet had already been laid, as he has received the summons from the Trial Court and the next date is fixed on 17.06.2025. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 04.11.2024 is hereby extended till the PRC Case No. 455/2024 is committed to the competent Court of Sessions, which is the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Abhayapuri, North Salmara. 5. On his appearance before the Trial Court after committal proceeding is over, the petitioner may pray for regular bail before the said Court. 6. With this observations, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of JUDGE Comparing Assistant
