The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.27816 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: “6. Considering the fact that the petitioners approached to the victims, arousing their trust, and got patta from them, collected huge amount and the investigation is in a preliminary stage, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners”. 4. Considering the investigation is not yet completed and considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
