This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for cancellation of patta issued in favour of respondents 4 to 7 for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) within a time frame to be fixed by this Court based on the petitioner’s representation dated 28.11.2024. 3. The petitioner claims that respondents 4 to 7 have been illegally issued a patta for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition). Hence, the petitioner seeks for cancellation of the said patta. The petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent dated 28.11.2024 for the said purpose. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against respondents 4 to7, notice to them is dispensed with. 5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation dated 28.11.2024 seeking for cancellation of patta in favour of respondents 4 to 7 for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after hearing the objections of respondents 4 to 7 as well as any other third party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.11.2024. 6.
