Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.318 of 2024, under Section 65(1) BNS, P.S. Shivgarh, District Raebareli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 17.11.2025, however, the charge-sheet was filed in an added Section 65(1) BNS and now the bail application has been rejected in the said section by the Court below. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the fact that the applicant was earlier enlarged on bail vide order dated 17.11.2025, he is entitled to be enlarged on bail in the newly added Section also. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Sumit @ Aman Kurmi be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number under Section 65(1) BNS also, on the same terms and conditions as contained in the bail order dated 17.11.2025.
