Later the defacto complainant and others came {o know that the pattas are fake one and they lodged complaI'nt tO the police. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitI'OnerS and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-state. perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submits that investigation I'S going on and some more wI'tneSSeS are tO be examI'ned. 6, 'A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that, the only allegation that has been made against the petitI'OnerS herein is that in the presence of the petitioners hereI-n, Certain amounts have been advanced to A1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that A1 `- ``fo_ I-53-S£P was arrested and released on baI-I. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to consI-der the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticI-PatOry bail. 7. AccordI-ngly, in the event of their arrest with regard to this crime, petitioners/A2 and A3 shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satl'sfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the Prosecution Witnesses.
