Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.171 of 2025, under Section 64, 69, 89, 351(3) BNS, P.S. Dargah Shareef, District Bahraich. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the co-accused with similar allegation was enlarged on bail on 16.10.2025. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as contained in the order dated 16.10.2025, the applicant who has no criminal antecedents, is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Mohd.
