In view thereof, the opposite party No.1 is hereby directed to decide Case No.5913 of 2024 (Hari Ram Verma vs. Ram Nayak Verma and others) under Section 152 BNSS, 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. 5.
