Sri.Sudesh Kumar Acharya.U., counsel for the petitioners has appeared through video conferencing. Sri.H.V.Devaraju., counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri.Rajakumar.M., AGA for respondents 3 and 4 have appeared in person.
2. Counsel for the respective parties urged several
contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.

3. Counsel Sri.H.V.Devaraju., submits that a memo has been filed stating that the KPTCL has filed the petition under Section 16(1) of Indian Telegraphic Act for removal of the obstruction. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner and the memo is placed on record.
4. Suffice it to note that the KPTCL has filed the petition under Section 16(1) of Indian Telegraphic Act for removal of the obstruction. If at all the petitioners have any grievance, they may put forth their contentions and agitate their grievance before the District Magistrate. Till the
consideration of the case by the District Magistrate, the KPTCL shall not precipitate the matter as far as the petitioners are concerned. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is
