Order 18/04/2026 Counsel for the petitioner-applicant submits that during the pendency of the instant misc. application, seeking extension of time for depositing the arrears of rent, the warrant of dispossession was issued by the Executing Court and the possession of the rented premises has already been taken in absence of the petitioner and certain articles which were belonging to the petitioner, lying in the premises, have also been taken. Hence under the changed circumstances, the instant misc. application has become infructuous. Counsel further submits that a liberty be granted to him to move appropriate application before the concerned Court for getting the petitioner’s articles back, which were taken from the rented premises. Considering the above, the present misc. application stands
disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
