Heard Sri Syed Asaghar Mehdi, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Lucknow to expedite the proceedings of Execution Case No.05 of 2025 which has been filed for execution of an ex-parte decree dated 20.09.2024, passed in Regular Suit No.1114 of 2023. 3. It is a matter of common knowledge that all the courts are overburdened due to pendency of litigation and the numerous old matters are pending in the courts. 4. In these circumstances, there is no ground to issue any direction for expediting a case filed in the year 2025 itself. The petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage. November 12, 2025 Ram.
