No. 192 of 2025 has been preferred before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, along with Interlocutory Application seeking interim relief as early as 21.03.2025, no orders have yet been passed in the interim application and that the Bank was proceeding to conduct an auction of the property in question during the pendency of the proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, which would render the proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal academic.

2. It is stated that the petitioner is in possession of the property and that status quo be directed to be made pending orders of the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the Interlocutory Application. Considering the limited nature of the controversy involved, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal to pass appropriate orders on the Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner in S.A. No. 192 of 2025 within three weeks from today. While the Bank niay proceed with the auction, status quo with regard to possession be maintained till orders are passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the Interlocutory Application. No costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
