Therefore, if anything is wrong, the petitioner ought to have approached his vendor for execution of rectification deed. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
