According to the applicants, they are the defendants 1 to 5 in the main suit and they already filed the written statement, and there is a delay of 134 days in filing the written statement of 1, 2 and 4 th defendants. Due to some applications being pending, they are unable to file the written statement in time. Therefore, there is a delay of 134 days in filing the written statement of 1, 2 and 4 th defendants.
