Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.98 of 2024, under Section 302, 201, 34 of IPC, P.S. Sonwa, District Shrawasti. 3. It is argued that the co-accused who is the mother in law has been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Bail No.9656 of 2025. The applicant is the father in law. 4. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as contained in the said order dated 09.10.2025, the applicant is also entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5.
