This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Section 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1683 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. In a complaint case, there is no scope of investigation, far or less custodial interrogation. Thus, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51. 4.
