Petitioner’s mother in law while working as Female Nursing Orderly (FNO) in SVRR Government General Hospital, Tirupati, died on 22.04.2008. She is survived by son having two wives. Petitioner claims to be second wife of her son and out of wedlock they have one son. The 1®‘ wife of son of deceased had two sons and one daughter. Initially one of the sons of 1®‘ wife have considered for compassionate appointment. The same was questioned by petitioner herein on the ground that compassionate appointment claimed based on fabricated documents. As I was no action was forthcoming, she preferred W.P.No.1567 of 2023, in pursuant to Hriterim direction granted therein, for consideration of her complaint. 3 HCGRJ W.P.No.l4288of2025 inquiry was conducted and by proceedings dated 04.01.2025, the appointment in favour of son of wife namely S.Hemanth Yaav came to be cancelled. Now, petitioner stated to have submitted applications dated 17.02.2025 and 05.03.2025 claiming compassionate appointment, which are stated to be pending. for Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the aforesaid applications depending on her eligibility. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents on the other hand submits that as the deceased is survived by her son, two wives of her son, three children from 1®‘ wife and one son from 2"'^ wife, they are all proper parties to decide this petition. At any rate, since applications are made to respondent Nos.4 and 5, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of aforesaid submissions, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider and 6. pass appropriate speaking orders on petitioner’s applications dated 17.02.2025 and 05.03.2025, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it is made clear that in the process of deciding those applications, the respondents are also directed to hear the Y- 4 % HCGR,J W.P.No.14288 of 2025 objections, if any, raised by any of the family members.
