Facts, in brief, of the case are that between o8:00 hours on 01.04.2025 and 09.'30 hours on o2.04.2025, an I-nCident Of unnatural death due to drowning occurred in the A{tili Canal at Mandapaka VI|llage, Tanuku`Mandal. The complainant, Guduri yuvatha Kumari, reported on 02.04.2025 at ll:00 hours that her husband, Guduri venkanna Babu, a 47 year old cultivator and resident of Yerraneeligunta Hamlet, Mandapaka VIIIage, had left home on 01,04|2025 at 08.loo hours wl-th their elder daughter to Bhimavaram. After leavI-ng the daughter there, he did not return. Despite efforts by the complaI'nant and her relatives to locate him, he was found deceased and floatI'ng I-n the canal water on the mornl-ng of o2.04.2025. The deceased is believed to have ended hl-s life due to depression stemming from financial debts. A case was regI'Stered by Tanuku Rural Police Station based on the complaint. 3, Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AssI-Slant PublI'C Prosecutor. perused the record. 4, Sri D.Tarak`a prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Petitioner is the sole bread wl'nner of his family. The petitioner has `not committed any offence and he was falsely implicated in this case. The Petitioner would abide by any condition to be imposed by this court. 5| per confra, Mr. Neelotphal Ganji, the learned Assistant public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that the some more material wI-tneSSeS have to be examined,I I-nvestigation is not completed; if the EEiE ii= ~| petitioner is enlarged on bail, he would not be available for the investigation and he would escape from the clutches of law; and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 6. Taking into considera.lion the nature of the allegations and in view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to consider request of petitioner for grant of anticipa{ory bail. 7.
