Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.502 of 2023 under sections 363, 366, 376-D, 302, 201 IPC and section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur. 3. It is argued that the applicant was not named in the FIR and the co- accused on similar allegations has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Bail No.7745 of 2025. 4. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as contained in the said order, the applicant who is in custody since 07.01.2024 and has no criminal history is entitled to bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Aditya Kumar @ Sushil @ Manoj be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shiv Shankar Singh, Gauri Suwan Pandey, Vimal Kishor Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
