(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.168 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(n), 376(3) IPC and Section 3(a)/4(2) and 5(l)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Laksar, District- Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1128 of 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 16.10.2024. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the victim has not supported the prosecution case at trial. 5. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 2 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
