Instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to expedite the investigation and file the charge sheet against the accused person in Criminal Case No.0150 of 2024 under Sections 34, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(D) and 3(1)(Gh) of SC/ST Act (Amended 2015), Police Station Gosaiganj, District Sultanpur. 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by the C.O. Jaisinghpur, Sultanpur dated 12.11.2025 states that initially a charge sheet had been submitted on 19.05.2024 and the learned trial court after considering the charge sheet had remitted the matter for further investigation. The matter was further investigated and vide report dated 13.10.2025, a supplementary case diary completing the investigation has been prepared and would be filed in the Court expeditiously. 4.
