No one is present on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition nor any request for adjournment or pass over has been made whereas learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 3. This Court had passed the following order on 05.04.2024:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. This petition has been filed with the following reliefs: i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 24.03.2024 registered in FIR No.77 of 2024 under Sections 376, 504, 506 & 498-A I.P.C., Section 3/4 D.P. Act and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Khandasa, District Ayodhya. ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite parties not to arrest/harass and not take coercive action against the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned FIR dated 24.03.2024 registered in FIR No.77 of 2024 under Sections 376, 504, 506 & 498-A I.P.C., Section 3/4 D.P. Act and Section 3/4 POCSO Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Surya Prakash Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Uday Raj Singh And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) Act, Police Station Khandasa, District Ayodhya. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is probability of compromise with opposite party No.4, as the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) in favour of opposite party No.4/victim for compensation, to show their bonafide. List this case on 18.04.2024. On the said date, petitioners shall produce the draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of opposite party No.4. " 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 28.10.2025 received from Sub Inspector, Police Station Khandasa, District Ayodhya, submits that in this matter Charge Sheet No.109/2024 dated 17.05.2024 has been submitted in the Court on 06.06.2024, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy. The said instructions are taken on record. Learned A.G.A. further submits that inadvertently the date on the instructions has wrongly been mentioned as 30.10.2025 in place of 28.10.2025, which has been received through whatsapp. 5.
