This Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023, has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.82 of 2024, for offences under Sections 270, 272, 273, 290 and 34 IPC and Section 47 (a) (b) of Excise Act. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned ACJM Koderma.

Heard the parties at length.

The police got information that huge amount of illegal country made mahua liquor has been prepared and stored in the house of these petitioners and others. A raid was conducted in the house of the petitioners and mahua liquor was found.

The aforesaid fact is apparent from the impugned order.

Further, learned A.P.P. representing the State submits that the petitioners are having two other criminal cases against them of similar nature.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioners and the

nature of allegation, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed.
