Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been preferred seeking inserting/ adding of Section 103(2) of the BNS in AB No.2326/2025, and in vide order dated 22.09.2029, Page No.# 2/2 passed in the aforesaid Bail Application in view of the fact that by order dated 03.10.2025 in Basistha P.S. Case No.472/2025 Section 103(2) of the BNS has been added by the learned Magistrate on the prayer of the IO. 3. This Court by order dated 22.09.2025 had granted interim protection to the petitioner in view of the fact that he was not an FIR named accused. 4. Considering the above, Section 103(2) of the BNS is added to the aforesaid Bail Application and in the second paragraph of the order dated 22.09.2025, passed in AB No.2326/2025, also 103(2) of the BNS stands added. 5. This order shall form a part of the order dated 22.09.2025. 6. Accordingly, this I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
