The factual report shows that the offence under Sections 427, 456, 504 and 506 of IPC read with Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act is made out against the petitioner. The said report is of the year 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to apprise the court about present status of the trial. However, considering the report submitted by learned Public Prosecutor, it is apparent that prima facie case is made out against the petitioner in the aforesaid sections. It can be presumed that the trial must have proceeded further.
